Add a Custom Paper Size in Vista (probably XP, too)
To add a custom paper size, follow these steps:
- Go to the control Panel, and then to Printers
- Right Click on the Empty Space in the window and select Server Properties
- Click on Create a New Form and enter the size and margins
- Click OK
